Best experience ever had a great time. Nicole and her husband were very awesome and nice. Very hospitable and beautiful location on South-beach. Thank you for everything and can’t wait to visit again soon!

She was amazing very quick to return a call and to get anything I needed. the place was beautiful. I was able to get a great breakfast one block over and within 3 blocks of the water and all the resturants on south beach. I traveled alone and felt very secure. she is a Gem of host. will definitely use any of her places on my next trip. thanks again Nichole you made my stay great

WOW! This was by far the best AirBnB experience I’ve ever had! The property itself was wonderful, very clean, and well stocked, and the location couldn’t have been better. Nicole and her husband were wonderful, and such sweet hosts. Their response time was fantastic and they were so thoughtful with all the little touches provided during our stay. I will certainly be staying here again when I make my return trip in the coming weeks. If I could give a 10 - star review, I would… 

Great rental location, especially if you are traveling solo or with another person. Security at all times throughout the building and very clean and friendly. Room was spacious enough and location was perfect for the beach or even a night out with everything within walking distance. Nicole gave me a call before my stay and was very helpful, definitely would recommend! 

I had an amazing experience at Nicole’s! Home away from home and I can’t wait to get back. The soak tub, the warming pool, the architecture , even down to the scented smell of the pillows… everything was awesome!! I loved my experience and I hope she’ll have me back this winter!

The place is super cute, clean and located in the heart of South Beach. It’s about 3 min walk to the beach. Nicole was very responsive and checked in to make sure we needed anything. The front desk man was very nice and welcoming. Overall it was a great place! Would definitely recommend! 

Nicole was a great host and the place is in a great location walking distance from everything on South Beach. It needs some updating however, if your looking for an inexpensive stay that’s close to everything this is your place.

This little place is really close to the beach - just two blocks. All the touristy restaurants are close by and there are plenty of bike rental shops and other activities to do within a few blocks. You can pretty much walk anywhere in Miami Beach in about 20 minutes from here. There's also a free trolley that goes up and down the main roads. The wifi in this unit is great so don't worry about dropping the connection if you have some work to do. Overall it's a great place to stay if you want someplace close to the action.
